I spend 100% of my time serving my clients, not prospecting for new business with the general public. Because I work this way, my business depends solely on referrals from my past, current and future clients. Once you become my client, I consider you my client for life. I am always available to assist you in any way I can with real estate matters. That includes consultations about improvements to your property. For instance: what return on your investment can you expect when you sell if you: screen in your deck, brick in the patio, change the shutters etc.? I also keep you informed about property values in your neighborhood, plus I provide information about taxes and other real estate related information. Of course I am always available to you, your family and friends to help with buying or selling property.
